To accelerate their growth and further establish their position as a leader in the industry, they have created an opportunity for a strategic sales professional to join the SLT.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales professional to shape the future of a growing business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Director will:
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Create a robust sales strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth goals.
- Expand Market Reach: Identify and secure opportunities in existing and new markets to drive revenue growth.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a results-focused sales team.
- Collaborate at a Senior Level: Work closely with other directors to ensure alignment of sales objectives with broader business strategy.
- Deliver Results: Leverage market insights and analytics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
What do we look for?
- Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years success in senior sales roles, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
- People Leadership: Demonstrable experience in building, managing, and mentoring sales teams 5+ years
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Resilience and Drive: A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
