You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice, managing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage real estate transactions from inception to completion.
- Development and financing.
- Managing intricate real estate negotiations and commercial lease deals for landlords and tenants.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in real estate law.
- Proven track record of handling complex real estate transactions independently.
- Strong knowledge of property law, land acquisition, leasing, and development processes.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
