They have established themselves as a reputable local employer and place great importance on their culture and team. They have a purchase ledger specialist vacancy in their finance function.

This role will involve:

  • Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Bank and cash allocations.
  • Supplier payment runs.
  • Month-end procedures.
  • Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Purchase order administration.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger focused role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Time management and organisational skills – adhering to reporting deadlines.
  • Solid technical skills – working knowledge of an accounts software.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.

Remuneration:

  • £30,000-£32,000
  • Degree of flexibility with working hours – early finish on Fridays
