They have established themselves as a reputable local employer and place great importance on their culture and team. They have a purchase ledger specialist vacancy in their finance function.
This role will involve:
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bank and cash allocations.
- Supplier payment runs.
- Month-end procedures.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
- Purchase order administration.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger focused role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills – adhering to reporting deadlines.
- Solid technical skills – working knowledge of an accounts software.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
Remuneration:
- £30,000-£32,000
- Degree of flexibility with working hours – early finish on Fridays
