The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a reputable, longstanding company in Belfast. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organised professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in property lettings and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and viewings
  • Identify and resolve property management issues efficiently
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Oversee rent collection and financial control
  • Prepare client reports and manage tenancy renewals
  • Instruct and oversee property repair works
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar property management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable and professional approach
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
  • Able to drive – full UK driving licence
  • Experience with Edge Software (desirable but not essential)

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (on a rota basis)
