The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a reputable, longstanding company in Belfast. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organised professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in property lettings and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and viewings
- Identify and resolve property management issues efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee rent collection and financial control
- Prepare client reports and manage tenancy renewals
- Instruct and oversee property repair works
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar property management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personable and professional approach
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
- Able to drive – full UK driving licence
- Experience with Edge Software (desirable but not essential)
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (on a rota basis)
