A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in North Belfast is seeking a Private Client / Probate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy and respected team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, practical advice on sensitive and important matters.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a particular focus on probate and estate administration, working within a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling probate and estate administration from instruction through to distribution

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning

• Preparing and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney

• Advising clients on inheritance tax and related matters

• Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE

• Strong experience in probate and private client work

• Ability to manage files independently

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware
