Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a local law firm in their search for a Private Client Solicitor. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client matters, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration plus more.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing a personalised service tailored to individual needs.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry developments relevant to private client law.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the legal team.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
