Personal Injury Solicitor – Belfast (2–5 Years PQE)

A well-established law firm in Belfast is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing personal injury team.

You’ll work on a varied caseload of personal injury matters, advising and representing clients through each stage of the claims process with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload, including:

  • Road traffic accidents

  • Employer’s liability

  • Public liability

  • Other injury-related claims

• Handle all aspects of client files from instruction to settlement

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and other documentation

• Advise clients on legal strategy, risk and likely outcomes

• Negotiate with opposing parties and insurers to achieve the best possible outcomes

• Attend court and mediations as required

Person Specification

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in personal injury or related civil litigation

• Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law and court procedure

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision

• Good attention to detail and commercial awareness
