Artemis Human Capital is currently working with a reputable, longstanding business in their search for a Personal Assistant. This position is part-time and and will focus on providing high-level administrative support within a NI success story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence and reports

  • Manage a busy diary, meetings and travel arrangements

  • Screen calls and prioritise communications

  • Organise internal/external meetings and events

  • Prepare presentations, process expenses and maintain accurate records

  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required

Experience required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a PA or senior administrative role

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident reporting to C-Suite level

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
