Artemis Human Capital is currently working with a reputable, longstanding business in their search for a Personal Assistant. This position is part-time and and will focus on providing high-level administrative support within a NI success story.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence and reports

Manage a busy diary, meetings and travel arrangements

Screen calls and prioritise communications

Organise internal/external meetings and events
-
Prepare presentations, process expenses and maintain accurate records
-
Attend meetings and take minutes when required
Experience required:
-
2+ years’ experience in a PA or senior administrative role
-
Strong MS Office skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident reporting to C-Suite level

Meticulous attention to detail
-
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
