Artemis Human Capital is working with a leading organisation in the professional services sector to find an exceptional Personal Assistant to support their senior leadership team.
The opportunity
You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. Youāll be involved in everything from complex diary management to supporting key business initiatives and events.
Key responsibilities:
- Producing polished presentations, reports and meeting documentation for SMT, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of delivery
- Serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, building strong and professional relationships
- Managing complex calendars and inboxes for senior stakeholders, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced and aligned
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Supporting the planning and delivery of projects, events and strategic initiatives across the business
- Preparing briefing packs, agendas and follow-up actions to support effective decision-making
- Overseeing expenses and core administrative processes in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and systems, including CRM or contact databases where required
- Anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling or operational challenges
- Handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
Experience/qualities required:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in an PA or EA capacity in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of anticipating needs, maintaining discretion and managing complex, fast-changing schedules
- Anticipates, not reacts – identifies needs before they arise and stays one step ahead
- Remains calm, composed, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communicator – can establish strong relationships with stakeholders at every level
- Detail-orientated – nothing slips through the cracks, accuracy is second nature
- Commercially aware, you understand the wider business context and priorities
- Tech-savvy operator – you can leverage tools and systems to maximise efficiency
- Adaptable and agile, you thrive in fast-paced environments and embraces new challenges
- Polished and personable and capable of representing senior leaders with confidence and credibility
- Collaborative partner who works seamlessly across teams while supporting leadership
Bonus if you have:
- Experience within professional services or corporate environments
- Exposure to CRM systems and client coordination
- Experience organising international travel and large-scale meetings/events
