Our client pride themselves on their culture and their products – this ethos has resulted in a continued period of growth, resulting in a newly created position for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls, covering approximately 200 employees.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Assist the FC and FD with general accounting duties on an adhoc basis.
Experience required
- Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll practices, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Confident communicator who can cross pollinate effectively with other departments and senior management.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
