Paralegal – Contracts & Technology

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a highly regarded commercial law team that is looking to recruit a Paralegal into its busy and expanding Contracts & Technology department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real interest in commercial contracts, technology, IP, or energy law to gain quality, hands-on experience in a well-established legal practice.

This role offers a varied workload, direct exposure to client matters, and the chance to work closely with experienced solicitors on high-value, cross-sector projects. You’ll be involved in everything from reviewing and drafting contracts, to supporting on trademark filings, legal research, and preparing client documentation.

What they’re looking for:
They’re open to recent law graduates, provided you’ve achieved at least a 2:1 (or equivalent). Prior paralegal or commercial experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. What really matters is that you’re sharp, curious, and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong organisational skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and assisting with the drafting of commercial contracts
• Supporting on IP matters, including trademark applications and portfolio management
• Legal research across a range of commercial, tech and regulatory areas
• Preparing client materials and supporting solicitors in meetings and transactions
