Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a new entrant to the Northern Ireland market. Our client is a UK based group of companies with global operations and a diverse portfolio of businesses. They are well established in the healthcare sector across the UK and have recently entered the NI market. They require an experienced Operations Director/Manager to join them.
Reporting to the head of care, the successful candidate will provide support to the Head of Operations and ensure that all company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements, are adhered to within the defined timescales. The Operations Director/Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organisational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies as identified by the Head of Care.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in health, social care and/or private sector
- Working knowledge of residential and nursing care homes
- Full driving license
- Experience of overseeing multi sites in a care setting
- Demonstrable computer skills
- Flexible and adaptable
There is a competitive and negotiable salary reward on offer per annum plus car and company package. This is an extremely exciting, newly created role.
