Artemis Human Capital are working with a long-standing business in the manufacturing sector in their search for an Office Administrator. Working within a busy office environment, you will work within the business support function of the company providing administrative support and stream-lining office operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbox management
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Organising travel arrangements for senior management
  • Ensuring internal database is kept up to date
  • Filing documentation
  • Preparing reports for senior management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Setting up meeting rooms

Experienced required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Organised and efficient
  • Competent use of MS Suite
