The Role:

Our client is a longstanding, reputable business in the professional services sector. They have a new vacancy for an Office Administrator to join the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business support administration to include photocopying, filing, updating internal database and document handling.
  • Ensuring documentation is organised for client meetings.
  • Dealing with client queries via phone and email.
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments for client visits.
  • Covering reception duties when required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional and personable approach.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
