The Role:
Our client is a longstanding, reputable business in the professional services sector. They have a new vacancy for an Office Administrator to join the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business support administration to include photocopying, filing, updating internal database and document handling.
- Ensuring documentation is organised for client meetings.
- Dealing with client queries via phone and email.
- Ordering office supplies and refreshments for client visits.
- Covering reception duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional and personable approach.
- Strong organisational abilities.
