Management Accountant
A leading Northern Ireland-based organisation is seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their high-performing Ballymena finance team. This is a standout opportunity for a fully qualified or QBE accountant to join a highly successful and rapidly growing business with a turnover exceeding £25M and a strong reputation for operational excellence and innovation within its sector.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role within a dynamic and fast-paced finance function. The role offers broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to contribute to key financial reporting and analysis that supports strategic decision-making. This position also provides a clear pathway for long-term career progression within a commercially focused and forward-thinking environment.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
- Assist in Financial year end audit
- Assist in the implementation of a new accounting software/ERP
- Weekly sales reports and monitoring variations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation and reconciliation of quarterly VAT returns
- Assist in preparation of annual group budget along with tracking actuals v budget
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- Experience with ERP’s or accounting softwares
