We are delighted to be working with this prestigious Top 4 Accountancy Practice in Dublin where they advise on a diverse range of transactions across various industries and deal structures, with a strong focus on private equity and cross-border transactions. Leveraging their expansive global network, the M&A Advisory team offers comprehensive services throughout the transaction life cycle. This enables them to navigate and advise on complex, large-scale deals, setting them apart in the local market
Qualifications & Skills
- ACA, ACCA, and/or CFA qualified, with a proven track record in financial modelling.
- You have direct experience advising clients on M&A transactions or working with private equity, including hands-on involvement in both buy-side and sell-side deals. Your expertise extends to specialized areas such as the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements, with particular experience in private equity transactions.
- You excel in managing transactions from inception to completion, with a strong capability in overseeing complex projects and delivering results.
- You bring significant experience and a deep well of knowledge to offer our clients expert advice on a range of financial advisory matters.
- You have a keen eye for identifying and leading business development opportunities, building and nurturing trusted relationships with our clients.
- Passionate about mentoring and coaching team members, guiding them to reach their full potential.
- You are driven to continually develop and advance within the M&A Advisory team, eager to take on new challenges and expand your expertise.
