Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global, exponentially growing and prestigious professional services business in the recruitment of a newly created Learning and Development Specialist Role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Professional to have ownership of the L and D function in designing, delivering and managing company learning and development programs.

What will you do as a Learning and Development Specialist?
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take full ownership of all learning and development activities whilst having the support of the wider HR team and availing of career progression opportunities. Duties include:
- Creating and modifying employee training documents and accessible online company information.
- Liaising with employees, managers and subject area professionals to tailorize learning and development content to boost effectiveness.
- Carrying out a training needs analysis of company employees through reviewing performance metrics, hosting face to face interviews and conducting employee surveys.
- Organising and conducting face to face and online company learning workshops
- Reviewing the successfulness of training programs and proposing methods to improve
- Update company training files and conduct reports on the impact of learning and development programs.
What will you require as a Learning and Development Specialist ?
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in learning and development/training
- Skilled in creating and delivering learning and development programs via online and face to face.
- Proficient in conducting training needs analysis and conducting reporting
- Experienced in utilising Learning Management Systems and E-Learning Platforms ]
