The Role: As a Paralegal in the Corporate/Commercial division, you will be an essential part of the team, working closely with experienced solicitors to support the delivery of high-quality legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law, contributing to a variety of legal matters including contract drafting, corporate governance, and transactional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies.
• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate and commercial contracts and documents.
• Supporting the due diligence process and assisting in the preparation of transaction-related documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth execution of legal matters.
• Maintaining and organizing case files, client correspondence, and other legal documentation.
• Keeping updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (LL.B or J.D.) or paralegal certification.
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate/commercial law.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the legal profession.
