THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Management of your own portfolio of customers
- AR processing & reconciliation
- Check credit note, and journal request forms and relevant paperwork are in order for approvals e.g. vat credit requests, withholding tax, refunds
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Working to clear SLA’s
- Production of a range of commercial reports
THE CANDIDATE
This role will be suited to an early career finance professional, either a Graduate or a Finance Assistant with at least 1 years experience in a fast paced accounting setting. The role is based in a dynamic and complex accounts department and the ability to work accurately with an agile mindset is key to success, coupled with a professional communication style.
- Recent Graduate in Accounting / Business Related Subject
OR
- Finance Assistant with minimum 1 years current experience
- First class communication skills
- Proven excel experience (essential)
- Ability to build good relationships
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately to deadline
- A commitment to learning and developing a career in accounting
- A good degree of IT literacy, particularly MS excel
