This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising the HRIS for a company that values innovation and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the configuration and optimisation of SuccessFactors, driving process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR information systems.
- Manage critical documentation, from role-based permission matrices to standard operating procedures, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
What you will need to apply:
- HRIS Expertise & Experience: Degree in HR or Information Management with significant experience managing HRIS/IS systems, including SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, and BambooHR.
- Advanced Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, proficient in data manipulation and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Organisational & Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities, handling sensitive information, and providing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
