As they continue to grow and scale, Artemis Executive Search are delighted to have been retained exclusively to recruit a Head of Manufacturing for their facility in Dungannon.
The Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting into the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations in their 24/7 factory. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and people management skills to ensure the efficient and effective production of their products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Driving service to customers through continual optimisation of the factory, ensuring it is best in class safety, quality and efficiency you will have a pivotal role in leading and developing the workforce and manufacturing strategies to achieve long term success.
A strategic and experienced leader you will provide overall direction and leadership to the manufacturing team by developing and implementing production plans to meet targets; continuously monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement strategies and efficiencies.
With a strong focus on safety and quality you will foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement, promoting a positive working environment. Financially astute, you will monitor and control production costs and collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring equipment reliability.
A problem solver and effective communicator you have an Engineering or related Manufacturing degree and c.10 years’ experience in a similar fast paced FMCG environment with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. You have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety regulations and experience of using ERP systems and software.
