Global Reporting Manager
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a PE backed business to appoint a newly created Global Reporting Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role offering excellent visibility across the group and exposure to senior leadership.
This position will play a key role in strengthening reporting, compliance and oversight as the business continues its international growth journey. It represents a particularly strong opportunity for someone operating at a senior level within audit who is keen to make their first move into industry in a technically focused group role.
The successful candidate will take ownership of group reporting activities alongside leading the external audit process, supporting technical compliance and contributing to wider strategic initiatives including refinancing and potential M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual external audit process
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and key internal stakeholders
- Ensure strong technical compliance across the group (UK GAAP / IFRS)
- Oversee corporate and international tax compliance
- Manage company secretarial requirements across the group structure
- Support refinancing activity, acquisitions and structural change projects
- Contribute to board reporting and group-level financial analysis where required
Candidate Profile
- Strong technical accounting background
- Ideally trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 environment
- Experience working with complex group structures and revenue recognition
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional reporting environments
- Knowledge of international accounting standards advantageous
