FP&A Manager
Artemis have partnered exclusively with a highly successful, PE backed SaaS business to appoint an FP&A Manager into a revenue-critical position within their finance team.
This is a commercially focused finance role with regular interaction across operational and planning functions. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue oversight, performance reporting, and the integrity of commercial data within a high-growth, recurring revenue environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A you will sit at the intersection of Finance and Sales, owning the integrity of revenue data and supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support revenue and performance reporting processes
- Contribute to the accuracy of financial outputs linked to commercial activity
- Assist with incentive and reward governance
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen data reliability and controls
- Oversee and interrogate financial data and reporting outputs
- Support core FP&A processes including forecasting and revenue analysis
- Provide clear insight into revenue trends, performance drivers and variances
- Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong commercial finance experience
- SaaS or recurring revenue background highly desirable
- Experience with FP&A platforms and advanced Excel capability
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
