Financial Controller – Newly created role

This is a newly created Financial Controller position as the hiring company are bringing their finance function in-house. You will be the number 1 in finance and be tasked with setting up systems from the ground up along with building out a finance team.

The hiring firm are very innovative and operate in an ever evolving sector that is impacted by the newest technologies available to them.

This is a permanent position based in Belfast City Centre.

The Benefits:

• £65,000 – £70,000 base salary

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day finance function
• Build out a finance team
• Setup internal finance processes
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead month-end and reporting procedures
• Ensure management accounts are produced accurately and on time

The Person:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Advanced Excel user
• Excellent communication skills
