Finance Manager
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a client to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a new leadership role in a well-established business, ideal for a commercially-minded finance professional ready to step up and drive financial excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts Payable function.
- Manage cash flows, including oversight of accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and supplier payments.
- Support month-end and year-end close.
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance, including RCT obligations and audit preparation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, supporting the Group Financial Controller and Finance Director in strategic planning.
The Person
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Industry Experience
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
