Finance Director – Software
This Finance Director position is a very important appointment for a software firm who operate in a very unique space and are forecasted to double their turnover in 2025 as their technology continues to become more and more important in global markets.
As the Finance Director you will oversee the UK and ROI entities with main tasks to include that company transfer pricing is completed successfully along with helping to lead an ERP implementation. You will also oversee a small finance team and be responsible for reviewing management packs.
Exposure to funding may also be an aspect of this position in Q4 of 2025.
This is a maternity cover contract until March 2026 based in Belfast.

The Role:
- Overall Statutory responsibility for UK and ROI companies
- Managing a small team in Belfast
- Reviewing monthly management accounts
- Prepare group consolidation
- Preparing monthly management pack to present to SLT
- Supporting and guiding on a Netsuite implementation
- Transfer pricing management at group level
- Review intercompany transactions
- Lead on year end audit
- Sit on Belfast exec operations senior team
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced Excel user and ERP implementation experience
- Netsuite experience (desirable but not essential)
- Transfer pricing experience
- Excellent communication skills
