Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, scaling business based in Lisburn. Operating on a global scale, our client has scaled successfully and continue to grow organically and strategically.

This is a newly created role that will work closely with the MD and senior management team, providing essential business support and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Ever changing diary management.
Meeting coordination – booking meeting rooms, ensuring the rooms are set up, organising remote/online meetings, refreshments.
Cross pollinating with the marketing and events team in relation to the organisation of global events.
Creating itineraries.
Managing national and international travel arrangements for the senior management team – hotels, flights and transfers.
Screening phone calls/emails and inbox management.
Taking minutes in meetings.

Experience required:

Proven experience as a PA/EA
Exceptional organisational skills
Competency with MS Suite
Meticulous attention to detail
Confident communicator
Solution orientated approach
Ability to handle confidential information
