The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. From managing complex schedules to supporting key initiatives and events, you will play a central role in driving efficiency and organisation at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external clients, building strong professional relationships
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Support the delivery of projects, events, and strategic initiatives across the business
- Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and follow-up actions to support effective decision-making
- Process expenses and manage core administrative tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, including CRM systems and contact databases where required
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational challenges
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a PA or EA role within a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and organisational skills
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of broader business priorities
- Confident using technology and systems to improve efficiency

- Professional, polished, and confident representing senior stakeholders

Desirable Experience
- Background within professional services or corporate environments
- Experience using CRM systems and coordinating client interactions
- Proven ability to organise international travel and large-scale meetings or events
