Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the professional services sector to recruit an outstanding Personal Assistant to support its senior leadership team.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. From managing complex schedules to supporting key initiatives and events, you will play a central role in driving efficiency and organisation at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external clients, building strong professional relationships
  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
  • Support the delivery of projects, events, and strategic initiatives across the business
  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and follow-up actions to support effective decision-making
  • Process expenses and manage core administrative tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, including CRM systems and contact databases where required
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational challenges
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

About You

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a PA or EA role within a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
  • Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of broader business priorities
  • Confident using technology and systems to improve efficiency
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Professional, polished, and confident representing senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across functions

Desirable Experience

  • Background within professional services or corporate environments
  • Experience using CRM systems and coordinating client interactions
  • Proven ability to organise international travel and large-scale meetings or events
