A well-established and highly regarded Belfast law firm is seeking to recruit a talented solicitor to join its busy Employment and Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working in a friendly and supportive environment with a strong reputation for client service and results.

The Role:

This is a mixed litigation role with a strong focus on employment law. The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters across:

• Employer and employee advisory work

• Representation before Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunals

• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

• General civil litigation including contractual disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation

• Supporting senior solicitors on complex dispute resolution matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3–5 years’ PQE with solid experience in employment law and litigation

• Qualification as a solicitor in Northern Ireland

• A confident approach to managing client relationships and handling advocacy where needed

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
