Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global law firm in their pursuit to appoint a Data Privacy Lawyer to their growing team. Our client is actively seeking a talented individual to join their prestigious legal team as they continue to expand their footprint in the ever-evolving field of data protection.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on data privacy matters to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements and policies.
- Stay abreast of evolving privacy laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage data protection risks.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and audits.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor.
- 2+ years of experience practicing data privacy law.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international privacy regulations.
- Proven track record of advising clients on data protection issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
