The Job…

Reporting to the firm’s operation manager, you will work across the following areas:

  • This role will largely focus on overseeing the firm’s credit control function.
  • Issuing invoices & statements.
  • Monitoring the firm’s debtor’s ledger & reporting progress and client communication to senior management.
  • Additional general office admin as required.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

  • Experience within a credit control function.
  • Client communication is an important part of this role so strong communication skills is essential.
  • Highly organised individual with proven time management skills.
  • Experience in an administrative support role within a professional services business is highly desirable.
