Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a market leader and local success story. Due to continued expansion and growth, they are seeking a Credit Controller to join the business on a full time, permanent business.
You will work within a warm and welcoming team who work collaboratively whilst still maintaining autonomy and being able to work independently.
The role will involve –
- Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Opening new customer accounts.
- Collating data and reporting on debtor accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
- Inputting BACs, cash sales and credit card payments to system and reconciling.
- Previous experience working within credit control.
- Excellent communicator who can establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Good organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised and efficient.
