An established East Belfast law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property department.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit conveyancing team of three, including legal secretaries, working collaboratively to deliver a high-quality service to a long-standing client base.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process

• Working closely with support staff to ensure files are progressed efficiently and accurately

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions in Northern Ireland

• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Well organised, proactive, and a team player
