A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in North Belfast is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy and growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys residential conveyancing work and is keen to be part of a friendly, community-focused practice with a strong and loyal client base.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with support from an experienced conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a full caseload of residential sales and purchases

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation

• Managing re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing

• Ability to manage files independently

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
