A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in Glengormley is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, close-knit practice with a strong reputation in residential conveyancing.

The Role

You will provide dedicated secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents

  • Preparing contracts, transfer deeds and completion documentation

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders

  • Managing diaries and appointments

  • Opening and closing files

  • General administrative support to the conveyancing team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing

  • Strong typing and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

  • Professional and confident communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
