They are seeking a Company Accountant for a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on accountant to take ownership of the finance function, provide commercial insight, and play a pivotal role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate management accounts, monthly P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to inform strategic growth decisions
- Prepare board reports and financial updates
- Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts to support business planning
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
The Person:
- Experienced and hands-on accountant
- Previous experience of working within a scaling business
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Commercially minded and ambitious
