Company Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing hospitality business based in Belfast city centre. With ambitious growth plans and succession planning in mind, they are eager to appoint an experienced Company Accountant to oversee the day to day finance function across the group. Reporting to a respected and approachable CFO, you will be undertake a varied and hands-on role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within a fast growing business where you will be given the chance to influence and and have a direct impact on growth.
The Role:
- Preparation of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing board packs
- Management of the day to day finance operations
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow analysis
- Identifying improvements and efficiencies
- Managing year end for audit purposes
- Growing and developing the finance team
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects
The Person:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant QBE will also be considered
- Strong IT skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
