This role calls for an ambitious Lawyer looking to embark on a career in energy.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Strong background in commercial real estate transactions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in or prior experience with real estate in the energy sector.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively.
The Role:
- Manage a diverse range of real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice on real estate aspects of energy projects, such as wind, solar, and infrastructure developments.
- Support high-profile clients across the UK and internationally.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Operate in a dynamic environment, handling high-value and complex transactions.
