About the Role:
A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Commercial Property team. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a clear pathway to partnership.

You will handle a diverse workload including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, office redevelopments, and a small proportion of residential transactions. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing landlord and tenant transactions and disputes

• Acting on property acquisitions and disposals

• Advising on office redevelopment projects

• Handling residential property matters on an occasional basis

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients

• Supporting junior team members
