A top-tier law firm in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3–8 PQE) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside industry-leading practitioners on high-profile and complex commercial disputes.
The Role:
Based in Belfast, this role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:
- Commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
- Privacy & data security matters.
- Intellectual property and technology-related disputes.
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
You will work with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-growth businesses, providing strategic, commercial, and solutions-driven advice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (NI, England & Wales, or ROI) with 3–8 years PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Experience managing complex disputes and working with high-profile clients.
- Excellent client relationship and business development abilities.
- A team player with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
