What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and drive group-wide financial strategy
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and financial governance
• Guide financial direction with executive stakeholders
• Strengthen controls and evaluate growth opportunities
• Lead M&A efforts and investment analysis
• Coach and develop a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years PQE

• Proven leadership experience

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical flair

• A confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels
