Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting and growing business to appoint a Client Reconciliation Manager.

This is a new position created as a result of continued success and new client acquisition and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to shape and develop the scope of the role and become a key member of the Senior Management Team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities will include;

  • Leading, building and developing the reconciliations team
  • Implementing processes, systems and controls to mitigate risk
  • Reviewing and reconciling high-value and high-volume transactions
  • Investigating and identifying unallocated funds
  • Identifying areas of risk and escalating where necessary
  • Managing and manipulating large volumes of data


The Person:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience
  • Previous experience within a banking or reconciliations role
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
  • A self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Strong credit and debit skills
  • A background in financial services, banking or treasury is highly desirable
