The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office, delivering high standards across workplace operations, facilities, and administrative support. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help shape and enhance operational performance while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead and develop a multi-functional team, promoting a positive and high-performance culture
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
- Allocate resources effectively to support legal and administrative teams
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Manage facilities, including supplier relationships, space planning and building services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and risk management
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives within the workplace
- Coordinate internal and client events, delivering a professional and polished experience
About You
- Demonstrates experience in business support / office management within a professional services environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and performance
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Interest in innovation, technology or process improvement is advantageous
