The role:
Working within a dynamic and collaborative department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This position is central to ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to the overall success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities;

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support within a fast-paced department
  • Contribute to a wide range of daily operational activities
  • Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and up to date
  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across the department
  • Utilise internal systems and IT platforms to streamline and manage workflows efficiently

Experience required:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Personable and professional approach
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, communicative environment
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE Maths & English or equivalent required)
