The Client

Artemis Executive Search is proud to be working with a niche engineering company, to appointment a Business Improvement Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven professional.

Acting as conduit between sales, marketing and after sales you will play a pivotal role in policies, procedures and standardisation in customer contracts as well as creating developing tender and proposal documentation and SLAs. Improving operational facilities across CRM and ensuring an enhanced customer experience whilst overseeing the marketing function and assisting with the strategic business development and company growth strategy.

The Role

  • Project management focused
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Implementing and adhering to internal audit policies
  • Working across multiple departments in order to drive results
  • Create, develop, and implement the company’s strategic and commercial plans for continued growth and profitability
  • Exploration and initial development of new markets
  • Account management of non-core markets
  • Standardise tender documentation and customer management process.
  • Review customer contracts
  • Standardise and continuously improve processes, procedures and documentation within the sales and marketing team
  • Create and implement internal audit procedures
  • Report on sales and marketing performance against budget.
  • Management of machine rental portfolio
  • Overall marketing both externally and internally to the company
  • Working collaboratively across multiple departments to deliver on customer commitments, and ultimately to deliver target sales

 

The Person

  • Extensive experience of ERP systems
  • Excellent commercial awareness to deliver the vision of the company
  • Solution driven, innovative, a self-starter
  • Ensure deadlines and targets are met
  • Decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within your team and cross departmentally.
  • Be an articulate and confident speaker with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess customer interaction experience, understand what it means to meet customer needs.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience of people management in a senior position.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritising and organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
