The Job…
Working collaboratively with the firms wider corporate finance team across the following areas:
- Leading a variety of corporate finance assignments, including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs & MBIs, supporting clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle.
- Overseeing financial modelling, valuations, & business planning, delivering clear insights to help clients make informed strategic decisions.
- Manage funding processes, including debt & equity raises, and prepare high-quality investor & marketing materials.
- Building strong relationships with clients & key stakeholders such as banks, legal advisers & investors, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout transactions.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this career-defining opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- ACA or CFA qualified.
- Ideally 4+ years post-qualified experience in a corporate finance focused role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent communication & client-facing skills.
