Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, global law firm in Belfast in their search for a new administrator. This is a full time permanent role working within a warm and welcoming team.

This role will involve:

  • Print, photocopy and scan relevant documents for different practice departments.
  • Call management – dealing with queries via phone and transfer through to correct department.
  • Inbox management – dealing with queries via email effectively and efficiently.
  • Entry of timesheets ensuring to do so in a timely/accurate manner.
  • Meeting co-ordination – booking conference rooms, arranging refreshments, equipment, arranging dial-in details.
  • Assist with booking travel and accommodation.
  • Update and amend database information when required.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience working in an administrative position.
  • Strong typing speed and capable of taking minutes in meetings.
  • Competent knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed to providing excellent service to clients.
  • Solution orientated approach to problem solving.
