Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, global law firm in Belfast in their search for a new administrator. This is a full time permanent role working within a warm and welcoming team.
This role will involve:
- Print, photocopy and scan relevant documents for different practice departments.
- Call management – dealing with queries via phone and transfer through to correct department.
- Inbox management – dealing with queries via email effectively and efficiently.
- Entry of timesheets ensuring to do so in a timely/accurate manner.
- Meeting co-ordination – booking conference rooms, arranging refreshments, equipment, arranging dial-in details.
- Assist with booking travel and accommodation.
- Update and amend database information when required.
Experience required:
- Minimum of one years’ experience working in an administrative position.
- Strong typing speed and capable of taking minutes in meetings.
- Competent knowledge of MS Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed to providing excellent service to clients.
- Solution orientated approach to problem solving.
