Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a longstanding, leading law firm in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This is a varied role that will work within a warm and welcoming team, providing administrative support to a busy legal office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing trial bundles and briefs for counsel
- Covering reception duties when required
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
- Attending court hearings, liaising with witnesses, taking detailed notes, and preparing attendance report
- Performing hand deliveries and collections when required
- Ordering office supplies/supplies/stationery
- Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as required
Experience required:
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail orientated
- Personable and professional approach
- Good IT skills – MS Suite
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
