Accounts Payable Assistant

Artemis Human Capital is recruiting on behalf of this fantastic Top 50, award winning company to appoint an Accounts Payable Assistant. The role is based in an excellent part of Belfast.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounts payable queries
  • Liaise with businesses to resolve supplier queries
  • Assist in the completion of supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist with the administration tasks within the Accounts Payable Team
  • Processing supplier invoices and issue for approval
  • Involved in Critical Daily & Weekly processes
  • Dealing with urgent payments in a timely manner
  • Update Accounts Payable process documents and manuals as required


What we need in you:

  • Proven experience working in a relevant role in a fast-paced commercial finance environment
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or Level 4 or above including Maths and English
  • Experience of working with Accounts Packages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party contracts and managing relations
