Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an established, successful group business based in Omagh who are currently recruiting for two Accounts Administrators.

This role will offer exposure within a thriving business and is embedded in a collaborative and welcoming finance team. The company is continuing to grow 0 this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is going from strength to strength.

The role will involve:

  • Purchase ledger maintenance.
  • Processing payments, ensuring ledger entries are accurate.
  • Ensure databases and records and kept up to date to include payments and transaction completion dates.
  • General administrative duties that will support the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Experience required:

  • Experience with invoicing and accounts administration.
  • IT skills – MS packages such as Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
